Teaching
At the Harvard Chan Bioinformatics Core, I design and teach hands-on workshops that give Harvard researchers practical computational skills, from their first lines of Python to advanced single-cell and spatial analysis. I revised HBC's flagship single-cell RNA-seq workshop, wrote three new workshops, and moved the training website to Quarto. All materials are open and free to use.
Workshops

Introduction to Spatial Transcriptomics
A hands-on introduction to analyzing spatial transcriptomics data, using Visium HD experiments from quality control through spatially informed interpretation.
